We designed it because we needed it, and we think you do too.

You see 17 months ago we realized we were stuck in a rut when it came to our goals and more importantly, focusing on what we really wanted out of life.

While we were both actively creating goals for our business and personal lives, we kept losing sight of exactly WHAT we wanted to accomplish and WHEN as a couple.

Excuses like lack of time and being busy set in too, and that meant we got stuck in a hamster wheel of wanting to change, but not enough to really make it happen.

We just knew there had to be a more effective way of reaching our goals and vision!

Whilst on a trip to Melbourne the entire idea came to life. After much deep reflection, questioning and envisioning our life and goals, we started a spreadsheet and created a process.

We started with a weekly reflection exercise and prioritizing our 3 most important things to do or achieve, then we added in monthly goals to hit.

Before we knew it we'd added in a total of 7 core categories that made us feel we were not just prioritizing work, but also our relationships, health, wealth, impact, lifestyle and personal growth.

We realized we had created this awesome and simple system that allowed us to appreciate the fine art of balancing life, and seeing where we were focusing our efforts, and when we needed to steer our course to stay on the right track.

Since then we've designed it, tested it, improved, and tweaked it, making each aspect more enjoyable and more effective.

The thing is this simple methodology, displayed in a pretty colour coded spreadsheet (that I must admit we geek out on) has really transformed our lives - all areas of it.

From setting and achieving meaningful goals through to increasing our daily productivity and focus!

The unique point of difference is that you can share this with another person to hold you accountable and ask you specific questions and prompts to stay true to your life purpose and meaning.

This could be your partner, friend, peer, colleague or even someone you respect and know will commit to help you reach your goals, while you help them do the same in return.

We think it's the best way but we have also had many people do it themselves and get equally great results and outcomes.

Let's face the truth, having a grand ol' dream of what you wish to achieve and who you want to become is a beautiful thing, but most people we know don't have any idea how to translate that into what they have to do tomorrow, to make it a reality!

During our 30 day challenge starting August 30th we will guide you through using our tool and holding you accountable to create your daily, weekly, and monthly goals, as well as create your 3 year vision and then filter this down into your annual, quarterly and even daily intentions.

The Four Phases of the Challenge

This is not your traditional 30 Day Challenge, in that you won't receive a daily email.

You're given the freedom to dive in and learn our system by going through all the video trainings at once.

But what we know to be true, is that while the tool and system is easy to learn, the practice deepens the more you use it. The more you use and implement the principles behind Life Pilot, the more effective it becomes.

That's where the real magic happens!

Below are the four phases we cover, with the first week being more 'loaded' than the rest. As we move through, we introduce thinking and visioning tools to expand your horizons and help you make more progress.

We knew what we had created was working for us, but we wanted to dive deeper and find out what other were struggling with when it came to life planning and goal setting. In early June 2018, we conducted a survey and got 146 illuminating responses.

We asked you what was the ONE thing you struggled with most on a daily basis.

It came down to these 5 main areas:

  • A surprising 50% of you still use your memory to do this.
  • 80% of respondents don't use a life-planning or tracking system of any kind.

The overall sense was that people are craving new tools all the time to help them manage their dreams, goals and daily lives.

What can I expect?

Frequently Asked Questions


When does the course start and finish?
The challenge officially starts on August 30th on our first Live Call, but you will get access the instant you enroll to watch our welcome video and get access to our Life Pilot tool, plus a video on how to use it. This challenge runs for 30 days.
How much time will I need to commit?
We suggest around 2-3 hours per week. This includes 30 minutes for your Sunday weekly reflection, calls with us, checkins and working on your 3 year life canvas.
When are the live calls?
We run two of each our live calls to hit almost all the timezones! The kick off call is on August 30th The midway checkin call is on September 15th The wrap up and celebration call is on September 30th. The call times are at 9am GMT and again at 10pm GMT. All of these are held on Zoom which you can attend from your laptop with a weblink or mobile.
How long do I have access to the course?
For the full 30 days. We will give you an option to continue on and join for ongoing life planning before that time is up. You will also keep lifetime access to our tool.

Natalie is a self-proclaimed Freedomist

Since 2010, Natalie has coached and mentored entrepreneurs to create a business that supports their ideal lifestyle through better systems, technology, team and automation. She has helped thousands of people create smart routines, habits and systems in their lives that allow them to have more time, money and freedom.
